Credit Support Agent

AI agent that answers natural-language questions about payments and credits by calling a custom Model Context Protocol server over the two APIs above. Agentic tool-calling loop with Claude model routing, hallucination and prompt-injection guardrails, a 46-case evaluation harness with CI regression, and OpenTelemetry tracing with a cost/error-rate dashboard.
